Document forensics · Fixed fees
Careful reading, at fixed fees.
Forensic document work that professionals price by the hour, done for a fixed fee — every finding cited back to the page it came from. Two services today: service-charge demands checked line by line, and HMRC R&D enquiry response packs.
Current services
Leasehold service-charge review — from £49
For leaseholders whose demand feels wrong. Checked line by line against your lease and the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, every finding graded and cited. The review is £49, and the full report is yours whatever it finds. If there's something worth challenging, we draft the challenge papers for your signature: £100 more, £149 in total.
HMRC R&D enquiry response pack — £499
For companies holding an enquiry letter with a clock on it. Analysis, technical narrative, cost reconciliation and a complete response letter for your own signature.
Why this exists
Most professional fees pay for a person's time. When the work is reading, checking and drafting, a machine can now do it exhaustively — so the fee can reflect the work instead of the hours. That is the whole business model, stated in one sentence.
Every finding cites the document and section it comes from. You can check us, and we would rather you did.
